Fellow Rotarians, esteemed PDGs, AGs, PPs, and guests,

It is with immense privilege and profound gratitude that I stand before you today, ready to lead our esteemed club for the next twelve months. My journey in Rotary has been nothing short of transformative. Eight years ago this July, I was inducted into this very club, a full eight years after first joining the Rotaract Club, which was chartered by this same club. When I travel and spot that familiar Rotary logo on a community library or a rural hospital, serving local folk, I still whisper to myself, "We did that." It's a powerful reminder of the tangible impact we create.

This year, as Rotarians, we are called to Unite for Good. This isn't just a theme; it's a powerful mandate to harness the incredible strength of human connection and collaboration. It's about addressing critical issues, making a lasting difference in our communities, and building a better world, one impactful action at a time. The true magic of Rotary lies within us – in the collective actions we take, the hands we lend, and the hearts we open. In the 2025-26 year, our club will not just be participants in service; we will be innovators. We will bridge the gap between community needs and sustainable solutions, ensuring that every project we touch leaves a permanent footprint of progress.

Rotary has profoundly taught me not just to identify community concerns, but to be an active, indispensable cog in the machinery of solutions. Many of you have personally shared with me your desire to see the rich, seasoned experience within our club infused with new energy and innovation. This year, we are poised to deliver on that promise, both in how we fellowship amongst ourselves and, crucially, in how we serve our communities. Your help and unwavering support will be instrumental in achieving this.

Regardless of what Rotary means to each of us individually, to our communities, we must be known for our results. I urge us to be boldly responsible for delivering results. To our Rotaractors, to the entire Rotary District 9104 family, and to all our partners in service, we eagerly anticipate continuing our impactful work with you this year and beyond.

As you may know, this year marks a significant milestone: our club's 25th anniversary. Twenty-five years of dedicated service, of doing good in our communities. My board and I promise another exciting year to be a Rotarian, a year not only to celebrate the incredible work accomplished over the last quarter-century but also strategically position ourselves to achieve even greater impact in the next 25 years and beyond. As we mark this special anniversary on our calendars, I entreat each and every one of us to put our hand to the wheel and brace ourselves for more profound impact in our communities
